How to find us
From the A556 and the M56(exit junction 7 M56 west bound, junction 8 M56 east bound), follow the signs for Altrincham for approx a mile and half. You will pass a church on the left and a war memorial on your right. At the next traffic lights turn right on to Regent Road, at the next traffic lights turn right on to Railway Street. H. Nicholsons is on the right next to the next traffic lights. If you bare right through the lights, on to The Downs, there is on street parking (pay and display before 6pm).
From Stockport and the M60, exit the M60 at junction 4 signed for M56 and Altrincham. Exit M56 at the next exit (junction 2) signed Wythenshawe and Altrincham. Stay in the middle lane and go straight over at the traffic lights (A560) following signs for Altrincham and the A560. Go under the Motorway and on to the A560, follow this road for approx 3 miles in to Altrincham. You will go over the railway as you enter Altrincham, take a left at the next lights on to Stamford New Road. Go past the Bus and Train station (600mts on the left) trough the next 2 sets of traffic lights. H. Nicholsons is on the right next to the next set of traffic lights. If you bare right through the lights on to The Downs, there is on street parking (pay and display before 6pm).
From Manchester and the A56, as you come in to Altrincham you will pass a large hotel on your left (the Cresta Court Hotel), turn left at the traffic lights, stay in the right hand lane. Turn right at the next lights on to Stamford New Road. Go past the Bus and Train station (on the left) trough the next 2 sets of traffic lights. H. From Wilmslow, take the A538 (Water Lane) and follow all the way in to Altrincham as far as you can go. At the mini roundabout turn right on to Ashley Road (B5161).
H. Nicholsons is on the left on the far side of the next traffic lights. If you turn left at these lights on to The Downs, there is on street parking (pay and display before 6pm). |
